One credit card is required most nights to cover any incidentals (optional expenses such as room service and use of items in the minibar) or damage done to the room. If you use a debit card there will likely be a temporary hold on the available funds, sometimes up to three days. You should plan your finances accordingly and use a credit card if possible to avoid the delay.
It depends. There are different accommodation types used based on the group size and availability.
If lodging is in a hostel, each guest will have their own bed in a shared room.
In hotels there will likely be only two beds (doubles or queens) and sometimes a couch. If you choose to have roommates it will be up to you and your selected roommates to determine the sleeping arrangements.

Yes. Each day’s price will be calculated based on the # of roommates on that day. For example, if there are 3 roommates on the 7-day tour and all 3 want to add a day in LA and only 2 want to add a day in NYC. The price per person in LA will be ____ and in NYC it will be ______.
No. The rate is based on the # of roommates for the entire 7-day tour. If you decide to change the # of roommates you will need to pay for additional room(s) on your own. However, you can change the # of roommates for additional days.
Sightseeing & Transportation
Possibly. You are in charge of your own schedule. We provide you with hop-on/hop-off tours in each city which traverses the city highlights with stops scheduled near most locations mentioned. If you start early it is possible to get all of them in, but might be rushed in larger cities like Los Angeles and New York City. That is why we provide the opportunity to include extra days in those cities with full access to hop-on/hop-off buses.
No. Many of the sights listed are free, but some charge admission and it is up to you to decide which if any you would like to pay to enter.
You will be given a scannable QR code available for all days the hop-on/off is included. You simply scan it at any stop for access. Bus schedules are subject to fluctuations due to traffic and construction, but usually have buses running about every 30 minutes. For Los Angeles and Las Vegas the hop-on/off bus has a stop a short walk from the hotel. For NYC the hotel is located in New Jersey and a Metro Pass card will be provided to you with enough funds to cover your transportation into and out of Manhattan once each direction each day the hop-on/off bus is included in the itinerary.
In LA the buses run from 9:30am to 4:30pm
In Las Vegas the buses run from 10am to 4:30pm
In NYC the buses run from 9am to 5pm

NYC night tour
New York Harbor/Statue of Liberty tour
No, but you can request a window or an aisle seat. We will try to accommodate your request, but make no guarantees. We will also try to seat roommates near each other, but can not guarantee it, and it is possible, but unlikely, that roommates could be on separate flights.
Additional Days
You can add an additional day in LA or NYC which will allow you an additional day in the location chosen to continue the hop-on/off buses and allow for extra time to complete any optional activities.
Yes. You get a whole other day for hop-on/hop-off touring and optional activities. You get one of each of the included optional activities per tour. For instance, if you take the NYC night tour on the last day of the 7-day tour, you cannot take it again on the additional day.
No. If you choose to add two additional days one will be the day before the 7-day tour starts in the same city as the first day of the 7-day tour; and one will be the day after the 7-day tour in the same city as the last day of the 7-day tour.
